I'm not overly good at grading gold, but to me this one looks like an EF-45.

vf35-ef40..I know the grading on these can be quite difficult sometimes.

VF35 to XF40... Whatever it is grade-wise it is a very nice coin!

I'd guess XF45 with a shot at 50 if more luster is there than the pics show.

Quote: Can we get the grade please? Sure thing. NGC agreed with OLCoins on this one.  It graded: NGC AU55! It had an old ANACS photograde certificate from the 80's (that I have retained) with grade EF45/45. I have found these ANACS certs to be undergraded in general, especially by today's standards. AU55 was a pretty nice surprise however.  I'll try to make another attempt at the pics...the coin certainly has more luster than depicted above.
