No good deed goes without being noticed. You have received numerous accolades from forum members and probably some sort of recognition from the rightful submitter and or PCGS for your impeccable integrity is in your future. Good on you!

Very nice. Kudos sir! Still... I won't lie, unless it clearly stated someone else's address on the package I would open it and enjoy looking at $35,000 worth of coins for a little bit before I returned them... :P

Just curious, not too familiar with the PCGS shipping process. How would one know there were 35K worth of coins in the package? There obviously wasn't a neon sign on the package. The previous poster got me thinking. Since it was addressed to the OP and thinking it was his submitted coins, he naturally did open the package and look at them.......which is probably how he tracked down the owner.

Well that is true. And maybe he looked up the PCGS prices by using the PCGS #s? :l

The previous poster got me thinking. Since it was addressed to the OP and thinking it was his submitted coins, he naturally did open the package and look at them.......which is probably how he tracked down the owner. I did look at every coin and took note of the grade and type of coin. I made a list of what was there so that I could make sure that they went to the correct owner. Out of sheer curiosity I looked up the values on "Bluesheet" and tallied them up

Well it looks like PCGS has fed me a line of BS. They promised to give me a discount on a submission for sorting out their remarkably stupid blunder. I have had 4 submissions graded since and they haven't come good on their promise yet. Looks like the only people lacking integrity here is PCGS itself. They also fed me another line regarding the delay on one of my submissions being due to my request that it be housed it the "secure" holders and get the trueview images. The submission WAS finally graded BUT in "Regular " holders and NO images at all. I hate it when people Lie to me and go back on their word

I am NOT a huge customer of PCGS But I have given them more than 20K of business over the last couple of years. I really don't give a "Rats" about the promised discount But I HATE people that openly Lie to me. For a business that is based on Trust and Integrity It is NOT a good idea to BS the customers, Regardless of how important they are to their "Bottom Line". End of RANT, I have emailed PCGS outlining my concerns. Which they will probably just ignore anyway
