hello guys can anyone tell me if the strike mark on this dime will affect value or grade if so how much thanks mike

It will affect value and grade. It will have to be a net grade.

No clue how much though.

That is pretty severe damage and the coin's surfaces seem corroded as well. It's gonna take a pretty big hit. I say it is probably in the $10 range but that is a total guess. You could look at completed auctions on ebay for holed coins to get a better idea.
