What would you give this one with quite unusual wear? (rims quite worn out but parts of shield intact)

Looks Fr-02 but with some strong VG characteristics. I still would call it Fair.

I am in the AG3 grouping. As far as the "unusual wear", we have no idea what the coin looked like before; weak strike, grease filled, other type of anomaly. Coins have a peculiar way of not wearing down the same way.

I have seen a seated liberty coin listing recently that the rims were wore down but LIBERTY was full on the shield...I think it was a dime or Half Dime, since I have been looking at them latley.
