This is a high grade Half with excellent details, but looks dipped bright. How much will that effect the grade?

She looks like she was very lightly circulated. I agree with the dip. Dipping does not affect grade. Grade is determined by the amount of wear. It does however affect the value. AU58 Details

the detail looks just slightly circulated.
but the pictures are scans and you can't really tell surface condition from scans
