A dealer in the ANA is selling 1 oz silver coins for 6 us dollars. He even has a money back guarantee. What are the chances they are fake.

Please, please don't tell me that you think people selling coins at auction is suspicious, for some reason. It's on ebay. It's an auction site.

This coin might be a 1 ounce silver coin, but it is not really a "bullion coin". It's a collector coin. This is from the Royal Australian Mint "kangaroo" series. They were minted in tiny quantities (compared to Australia's actual bullion Kookaburra coins, from the Perth Mint) and originally sold to collectors for a significant premium above the bullion price. Unless the bidders fail to notice it for some reason, it will probably eventually sell for significantly more than bullion value. Here's the NGC page for it.
