My eBay/PayPal rate to ship 1, 2 and 3 ounce packages jumped from $1.93 to $2.04 this weekend...and then I saw the message on the USPS site that they'd be down from 11:00 PM on 5/30 until they had the system updated...but I don't see any official notification of a rate hike.....
