Yes, I scanned the coin, maybe I should have taken a photo with my phone. Jeff

That coin is not slabbed for one of two obvious reasons:
1). The rim ding near the 3 o'clock position on the obverse, or 2). It's a counterfeit
Take your pick.

Date looks off....I think fake......if it's real it'll get a details grade for the rim gauge at 3

Looks fake; the date is way off, and the details are as well. Considering this would be several many thousand dollars if real, there is NO way I would ever buy it raw. I'm hoping you are testing our Counterfeit Detection skills again, and don't actually believe this is genuine.

No, I cropped around the Copy on the flip, it's so white b/c the scanner I guess. Jeff

Here are images from Heritage of a genuine coin graded PCGS MS-65. There are some significant differences compared to your coin, in particular the shape of the date digits, the denticles, and the star details. I agree with other posters that your coin looks like a counterfeit. If you bought it as genuine I sure hope you can get your money back. This genuine piece sold for over $12,000 in April 2015:

Like I said in the earlier post, it's a fake, I'm not that stupid as to buy an awesome coin such as this with it not being slabbed. Jeff

My apologies, I didn't notice that the OP already acknowledged the coin is a fake. Building a "black cabinet", perhaps?
