Very nice ! May have been a pc. Of coin metal as some of the memorial base has transferred through and can be seen !

Concerned about the steps showing in or through the strike through divot. In hand does the metal seem pushed up on the right side? Rookies thoughts. Thanks Doug

I would just look over that as if it was PMD how can you tell the difference?

Part of the coins image can transfer to the metal below. It actually proves it isn't PMD.
