I believe that is not actually a coin, but a token/medal produced by a third party. Your second image is similar to a Morgan dollar, but the other image is not a correct reverse.

It is a "fantasy dollar", mass-produced in China. The obverse is similar to an American "Morgan" silver dollar; I believe the reverse was originally used on some privately issued silver rounds, but there is not going to be any silver in these.

They sell these, along with replica Chinese and other "coins", for a couple of dollars each down at the local street markets.

We've seen them quite a few times on the forum before. Here's an old thread from 2008.
