I like the looks of them, I don't know that I would put my coins in them (unless they were low grade examples. As a collector item in their own right David Lange loves them too, have you seen his book on coin boards he put out a few years ago? I gave him some small Mercury dime holders at one of the ANA Summer seminars we both attended, they were only about 4 or 5 coins each and issued by a mid western bank in the 1950's.

Yeah I think these will be bought more for circulated coins rather then high grade coins. The folders were always boring to me so when I discovered coin boards, that's what I wanted to put my coins in. I soon started collecting the actual coin boards themselves buying many from David Lange. I have in production now a Buffalo nickel, Mercury dime and a two board set for Washington quarters 1932-1964 that should be ready to go in mid July.

I'm sort of against any type of item for coins where it is required to push them into a slot. Regardless of how safe the material is, just getting coins into those slots ends up getting fingerprints all over them. And too, very little protection from air, moisture, spit, etc. And as for only circulated coins. Usually if worn enough, they just fall out.

I bought one off ebay (from you?) and am very happy with it. I have the new Whitman Lincoln Wheat cent pair and the old Whitman Mercury dime one, in which I keep my #3 sets. I had the old Whitman IHC one for my #6 set with all AG to VG coins (except 1877 and 1909s which are repros from Koinpro) but it was pretty beat up and faded, so I was delighted to find a new version, though it would have been nicer if it matched the old Whitman's, but that would probably be a copyright issue. I now have a very old original beat up Whitman IHC board for sale. Anyway, the board is attractive and well made, reasonably priced and was well packed for shipping.

Carl, I agree about the fingerprints, I put a thin glove on when I put my uncirculated Lincolns in the board. I had these sized to to worn coins and tested them to very worn and they hold up nice. I had that issue with coins falling out in Kent coin boards. I keep them framed under glass and it protects pretty good but if you have no intention on hanging them, a folder or album makes since . Jgfindring, Thanks for your feedback, There's a Mercury dime board coming out in the near future, it covers the entire series unlike the vintage boards.

I keep mine framed and under glass also. Don't know that that is good news about a Merc dime board. Have to buy a new board, and then the half dozen dimes that there wasn't a place for on the vintage board.

Just keep the size the same so I don't need a new frame too.

Mally27, you've got a good product, just don't hurt yourself and get kicked off of here. It's the best coin forum on the internet and you can learn a lot here, and hopefully contribute as well, but the rules are strict for very good reasons.
