Can you help me confimr that this is a FS-1102 variety?

I didn't buy it as this variety, but think it may be. Let me know if there are any additional areas to look in order to diagnose besides the B and R in LIBERTY and the fatter 1909 date. Thanks for any help.

Looks correct for a 1909P-1DO-002.
