I was bidding on, but didn't win, this 1918 ten cent piece.

It looks high grade, but with the heavy toning I'm not sure what grade it would be.

What do folks think?

The heavy toning makes it hard to judge the detail in the crown, the coins looks EF, maybe better, but likely with env. damage, that sort of toning doesn't occur without some negative environmental factors at play.
