Hi everyone I'm Jim from Alabama. Looking for suggestions on were to start my new hobby of coin collecting and how to use and navigate this forum. Any suggestions, tips, advise will be much appreciated.

This was actually the first forum I joined online (though been into computers since the early 80s) and it originally took me some time to find my way around also. The two ways I use are to simply hit the main coin forum button on the left at the top. I sort down through the topics depending on what I feel like looking into at the time. The second way is I go to the bottom of the page to the "Recently Active Forum Topics" list an browse through them. A lot of the times I click all the links in this place and open them in new tabs in the browser - then simply go through them one at a time. I have learned a LOT from the amazing people here in the CCF Family. You will find the finest group of collectors here for sure  |

The simplest answer is a question back "what do you like" If you like, oh, Jefferson nickels, start building a set from coins you get in change (circulated).
