The pictures on both coins are very close.
Gennasa is a Greek word for birth (modern Greek, not Koine as in the Bible though - but I think they are the same). And considering the medal has what fits a manger scene - I believe it is not creation and Adam and Eve.
I also cannot guarantee it (would need to consult my son who knows Greek), but I think the SIS endings on both Greek words are, as in languages other than English, a changing of the end of the word to refer to the subject. The -SIS ending might even be the word "The" instead of "His"? But I am not sure.
Whatever the case, the birth and baptism of Christ seem to be the themes.
All of this is simply my opinion as I have no experience with these medals. If it is wrong, I would like to know.
