Jeff try rotating the coin 180 degree taking the image. Sometimes light will cast a shadow and make it look darker. It is is a RPM it should show at any rotated angle. If it goes away, then it is a shadow.

It there evidence of MD on other areas of the coin. It might be a die movement to the west. The building seems to show the same thing. I just check the CONECA listing (5 dies) and don't see anything listed like it. What tells me it is not a RPM is that it is almost flat looking. A RPM should be raised. It is raised some, but looks more like a push instead.
