It does have a Nov. 1954 date and old phone number. I would say that paper roll is real but was it filled in 54?

Wrapper looks original.....coins inside...who knows?
Bank of America originated as Bank of Italy in 1927. They became Bank of America NT&SA (National Trust and Savings Association) in 1930.

And we still have the technology to print them, and lots of people work at those places.

How much do they want for it? I'd gamble for $5 or less!

Are the ends crimped ? Are the end coins Wheaties ? Wrapper looks old but that doesn't mean anything.

I went ahead and got it but thanks for the quick response I paid $10 for it but they are all 1954 D mint Wheaties so I am happy and I looked through a couple and found a Few of the same RPM's but I'm not sure which one so I'm getting ready to post that in variety forum. All in all I think this roll came from 4 or 5 different dies because there are about 4 or 5 varieties I have found in here . So it definitely seems to be original I'm going to look at them better but this was a quick scan of the mintmarks and date and I can see by the die chips on the 9 that they are mostly the same dies. Thank you

I would have opened it. Save the wrapper, people collect the wrappers too. Nice find!

Searching OBW rolls is a great way to find RPMs and stuff.
