I'd say MD, but that 6th photo makes me on the fence...

Yes, IMHO it is DDO looking at the E in first pic.

The E of REGINA is a dead giveaway to being a doubled die. Good eye!! I think this would be a great coin for my CN Journal column, please send me a PM - you of course, will get full credit as to finding this variety (unless someone here knows of it being documented elsewhere?).

I'm bothered by how thin the N is. Didn't coop or somebody say that reduced devices are a sign of worn die/MD?

Hi kbbpll, Here is an image that you can use to compare with, as you can see, the legs of the "N" are normally thin. source: https://goccf.com/t/56736

This one is an oldie but a goodie. It was first reported to my by Brian Dinges in August of 1992 and shortly after published in my Canadian Coin News, "Errors & Varieties" column.
I describe it as showing best on D.G. REGINA and ELIZABETH II with some tripling evident. The tripling is very evident in your images on the "I" of REGINA.
It's listed in the Variety Coin Register as VCR#1/DDO#1.
There is also a Tripled Master Die known for this date of no particular importance other than a bit of if shows on the variety described above technically making it a tripled die.
