What are the orange spots on the obverse and orange color on the reverse, or am I looking too hard?

AU or UNC details IMO. Looks like environmental damage, cleaned, and then hit with a copper darkener.

I'll say MS-60 but I'm an undergrader and proud of it. The tone looks natural to me but I'd really have to see the coin in hand. The orange splotchiness is just surface toning from sulfides in the air. Very nice coin.

The orange colors are a bit strange. But I would think 63BN at best as well.
