I think the Heritage blurb quotes the relevant provenance and evidence, and voices the appropriate amount of doubt.

The Birch cent and 1792 Half Disme were "speculative manufacturing items." Good luck finding either one for less than ten grand!

Wow. If I had 10 grand I would buy this coin. Seriously.
Yeah there's doubt as to the authenticity of any of these pieces. Just the Green and Newman provenance speaks for itself though. Bowers states that while the Breen-706 pieces are probably fantasy pieces the Breen-708 coins at least follow the original New Hampshire authorization.
Yeah, I'd buy this coin no problem.
