A lot of Die Deterioration. You would know if this was 003. It is not at all. I don't think this is a DDO

Here is what the 003 looks like:
1995-D-1-DO-003-Help?
Just Die Deterioration as mentioned. (when the die wears, then the coins show a raised area) When it is on the right side of the date and the left side of LIBERTY then, you know what you have for sure.

The die wear on your coin is just starting. (In later die states it show up more)
