Even with the worn left wing I'll say VF20. There was another one recently like this with heavy wear on the left wing.

My 1st impression was VF25, but then I saw the reverse. VF20.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say XF40. Exhibits typical strike weakness, but if I'm not mistaken I am seeing some remaining luster in protected areas. O-102. Nice coin!

I think vf 30 is the right grade, and that is not wear on the wing it is weakness in the strike. Normal wear doesn't occur in isolated parts of a coin.
