is this a real coin (best guess?)

what grade would you say?

I hate to be the bearer of bad tidings, but I don't think there's a chance it's real. Aside all the red flags in the details (and there are a lot of them), the well-formed rim disqualifies it. There were no collars, and no rims, in those days. The denticles should reach and start to wrap around the edge of the coin if they're struck well enough.

Mouth alone is a dead giveaway.
If this coin was broken in half, the host metal would more than likely be crystallized hence brittle.
