This specimen looks a bit odd to me, funky surfaces and the 9's don't seem quite right. I'd want to get a weight on it.

If you can take this to a coin shop or jewelry store they can weigh this and we would have a better idea.

The stars and the mushiness of the rev details. Might be real. But I am unsure.
