7:30 just seems to be the time that stuff shows up on the mint website that has been previously "unavailable". My guess is they crunch the inventory numbers at night and see what the true numbers are and then sell what they have left. They probably cancel a few duplicate orders, too.

Well for the mint to make the statement that the web site issues did not have anything to do with the launch of these sets and those customers that placed the orders at catalog.usmint.gov did not experience any difficulties I beg to differ. I logged on before noon and refreshed right when my computer stuck 12:00 and did not get checked out until the final seconds of 12:08 with several reloads and page not available......just like every one else. But this shows what page I was on:
Dear Debra,
We are currently processing your recent catalog.usmint.gov order. You should receive a confirmation E-mail in the next 24 hours with more details.
This was sent to my email at 12:09. Then this email came:
Dear Debra,
Thank you for your recent order, but unfortunately we are not able to fulfill it at this time. Please call our Customer Service Center at your earliest convenience 1-800-872-6468

So I may get my order and I may not. Like a lot of you I'm not going to get excited until I have the package in my hand.

Don't get sore stev18, this was a bloodbath situation and would have been one even if only the big dealers and their shills were buying. The collectors who were able to get a few orders were lucky plain and simple and it would not have effected what happened one way or the other if all of them only got 1 order. Ok, maybe it would have been on for an extra 2 seconds but still within a margin of error. This was a slot machine experiance plain and simple.

Be ready tomorrow and hopefully you can get one

Just spoke with a mint rep., and she is unaware that any orders from yesterday are being filled. She ask if I wanted to put my email in the "remind me". Told her I already had and wasn't notified. Said again she wasn't aware of any orders being filled.

Just about what I expected....

Nice! I almost sought it out last night, but the DVR is getting backed-up with stuff.

My account still has the two pending charges also. Any time I've ordered from the mint (and many other places) the charge is pending until the item is shipped. But even when my order gets shipped, the other pending charge isn't scheduled to drop off until the 15th.
