Do not know that much about Morgan dollars , but IMHO EF-45 .
I believe this is a semi-key date for a philly.

I was thinking more around VF-20, possibly 25.

Upon further inspection I'd like to change my opinionated grade to VF-25.
There is more wear on hair then I first noticed.
