No actual hint of cleaning, although the circulation cameo might give the idea that it has been cleaned. Fields are even and flat without any evidence of pitting or corrosion.

I'd give it a no problem VF 30. Actually very attractive for that grade, I believe.

VF-35. Now, this has not been cleaned but it has been improperly handled. Most likely fingered on the obverse and reverse.
