Hey guys. Attached are a few pics of one I just ran across. I initially assumed PMD or glue on the coin, but after further inspection, there is no clue on the coin. The 'bleeding' from the forehead and the back of the head is metal, not glue. Also, when I look closer, it doesn't look like PMD. The two prongs that extend down from the O and off of the foot of the R kind of preclude that, I think. Again, this is not glue, it is metal. Please take a look at the pics and let me know what you think? Thanks!

Soak it in acetone. It will not harm the coin and it will remove the glue. Then you will know for sure.
