Hi all,

I have this Thaler that I got in part of a bulk lot of world silver. I have had a few of the modern re-strikes and usually just sell them on ebay for £15 a go. This coin, however, seems to be much older. Are there any key ways to tell what sort of age these are or can anyone tell what date it is?

Many thanks in advance all!

Looks like Haffner 58 due to the undersized planchet. That would put it in the 1930's. Unfortunately worth melt if that is the correct type.
