Your opinions/comments on the grade and if possible, variety attribution of this Draped Bust quarter are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

VG/G details, scratched/graffiti. Very nice quarter! Hold on while I try to attempt to find the overton.
Edit: I messed up. Not overton. Browning.
Edit#2: Looks like a B-2
I hope I am not wrong like the rest of the times.

VG-8+. Can't quite make 10 IMO but it's nudging it. B-2 with a rarity 3 designation (currently). Looks problem free and original too me. Great 1807!

Very nice as always, VG-08.

This is a very honest and attractive example of early American coinage! I agree with jpbone; it's a strong VG-08, but doesn't have quite enough meat for VG-10.

And the vault gets deeper and deeper... I'm going to say that there is a tad bit more detail in her curls as well as some more denticles showing than most VG8 coins I sought out for examples and give yours a VG10. Nice one as always!

Can anyone tell me if a 1933 capped bust can have overton 108 lettered edge? I thought lettered edges came later?

But there are lots of scratches on the bust.

Tenhulz, I'm guessing you meant to say 1833. Reeded edge capped bust halves started in 1836. They made both reeded and lettered edge that year. From 1837 to 1839, all Capped bust halves were reeded.
SilverStackerKid, unless your seeing something I'm not, the type of scratches your seeing is acceptable and comes from honest wear. Not considered damage. Also, the old petina can be "scuffed" which can look like scratches. I think this is a little if what your seeing. If you slide an old coin with an attractive petina like this across a table to pick it up, it can marr this thin tarnish layer. Looks like pin scratches. If it is too distracting, it can become a problem, however, I think the example above falls well withing the acceptable range. We are talking about VG, not AU+.

Thank you all for your grading opinions and also for the variety identification. That was very helpful.
Regarding the grade, I was intrigued because the B&M sales catalogue (way, way back.) described this coin as 'Very good to Fine'. So I wanted to find out how this would grade today. The catalogue's description was a bit overoptimistic it seems. VG8, possibly VG10, I can see that, but it has no elements of a F12. Having said that, it is a strictly original nicely and deeply toned early quarter.
