I'll start off with MS-64, not FSB.

the date looks odd. what's going on with the reverse at (AM)ERICA?
grade guess is lower end MS, not quite enough luster or at least from these pics, peeking through to give it a Choice UNC

I don't believe this coin is genuine. As dsfreeworld stated, the date looks off, and the rims seems weird as well. The details are too good to be true in spots, such as on mercury's head. Can we get close-ups of the date?

Liberty's wing is too crisp. Something is goofy.

Not sure why someone would fake a 1929, but here's a closeup. Date looks alright to me. First pic might be causing some weird effect on the date.

I'm more certain than ever this is a fake. I don't like that date at all, and there is something about the details on lady liberty that doesn't sit right with me either. The rims seem overly thin compared to any genuine Mercury dimes I've ever seen. I made side-by-side comparisons of this coin next to genuine examples. Does anyone else agree that it looks suspicious?

I have to agree with you Rollsearcher37, unless it's an optical illusion, Liberty's face on the coin in question seems to sag down a bit, particularly the nose and chin, it just doesn't look right. I agree, why would they make a common counterfeit, but we've seen plenty of them.
