Kristian, welcome to the forum, I am not sure about this, I am no expert, however we need a little more from you, could you please upload a picture of the other side? also what is the size of the coin, if you cannot measure it, could you take a picture with another coin of similar size?

is the coin magnetic, or not? do you perhaps have a scale where you could weigh it?

also you say your friend found this coin, where did he find it?

The coin is found in Macedonia, I will give you more info soon.

BTW, in other side is similar like this side.
