With the strong WE and lack of rub on the shield's horizontal lines, I'd give this a nice AU 50. The best thing about this coin is that it does not appear to have been cleaned and shows no corrosion. Nice solid example.

Fancy 5 with the Die break Cud on the reverse, a much better variety in this condition, I'd call it a very nice EF45+

I have several of these varieties in my collection of Two Cent Pieces, in fact just cherry picked one of ebay last week, though only in a F15 grade.

It looks at least EF-45 but could make AU-50.
