I say VF-20 details, cleaned. This is an R-4 variety. I don't have much to compare it to in order to ascertain value.

VF-20 harshly cleaned. Still, a nice little quarter. Value? Between $50 and $75 IMO.

Boy you guys are harsh on the value. An Cleaned/Damaged VG/F of this variety sold for $40 on ebay. This variety is by no means common.

Someone who is collecting the varieties by date would likely pay more than someone who has only a passing interest or is looking for a type coin. That's why there are variances.
