Very tough coin in any grade, but particularly scarce in circulated grades. 228,000 minted, estimated 175,000 survived. (148,000 were held back for GSA sales). One of the rarest Morgans in circulated grades, estimated 2-4,000 circulated specimens survive today. This one in TPG plastic. Opinions appreciated, thanks -Ron -Apologize in advance, pics are not very sharp. Should be enough to ball-park it though. Appreciate the comments Edited by Night-Hawk 07/24/2015 10:26 am

MS63 with a shot at MS64...The one line near her ear brings it down for me, other than that its pretty clean. I have a MS62+ one with a big bag mark

MS-64 PL. It is nearly impossible to tell the level of PL from a picture, but I'll wager that it is just barely makes PL.

64, but can't say it's PL without seeing it in hand.
