It is a nice example of MD ( Machine Doubling). I is worth one cent as face value, a little more for Copper content.
See this link for more information on MD coins: http://www.lincolncentsonline.com/m...oubling.html

Remember, MD will make the devices narrower, a doubled die will make them wider.

Pinkbuckalew - forgive me - I am weak....it is worth a penny....

it is also an off-center strike and may very certainly have value to those who collect "errors" , etc...

and from another newbie

It's not Off Center, it has misaligned dies...or MAD for short.

When a MAD (Mis-Aligned-Die) setup happens, the coin wills will show an offset on just one side. The hammer die is adjustable to be centered over the anvil die (stationary) to make a normal coin if done correctly. A lot are just partly off a bit. But when the devices fall over the edge they are more interesting to error collectors. (yours is just a little bit off)

An off center coin is struck out of the collar and thus shows both sides of the coin off center:

This one isn't too much of a MAD to actually start demanding a small premium.
