At first glance it looks like it was dragged by a car. Upon closer inspection, it's been struck several times. Crappy photo. I can see 5-6 strikes in strange places. I tried to upload an obverse image, but I get an error message telling me the file is too large. I'm posting from my phone, so no way to reduce size. The obverse seems to have a larger image of the reverse struck on it lightly, along with various directional "scratches".

This is my first time in this forum. I've been collecting error coins for a few years, but I'm no expert. I may post a few more oddities tomorrow.

Most likely had another coin on top of it when the train struck it.

to CCF. It is post mint damage. We call them parking lot coins because that's what a coin looks like when it gets ran over by several cars. The double pressed images are from another coin put on top.I don't think a train had anything to do with it.

That's the exact resultant of what happens to a cent when it's been on cement most likely, I guess it could be asphalt but cement seems to do much more damage to coins, and is dragged along like you mentioned. Ran over a bazillion times and some old woman or collector probably picked it up and spent it.

I came across a seller on ebay trying to sell one of these before & I messaged the seller that it looked more like a damaged coin from the Walmart parking lot instead of the target parking lot. Their reply "How can I tell which parking lot & which one has more value?" I replied back "The Walmart one" They added that information to their listing and it sold for .99 cents. True story it is
