So here we have a notoriously poorly-struck coin in an old ANACS holder, which just throws it up for grabs. I'll say ANACS said either of the two most unlikely possibilities - 58 or 64.

MS63 maybe 64. As Coinfrog mentioned - typical dismal strike although it's a little better than my example.

I'll go with MS-63 as well, nice little patch of iridescence on the reverse

MS64 back then. MS63 today, weak strike, no thumb struck.
