Pretty certain it's Unc, just photo effects. Looks like great luster.

If you want to highlight the contrast between the devices and fields, cutting your exposure is not the way to do it. What level of exposure was this shot taken at?

Exposure was the wrong word....I cut the lighting a bit....this is pretty close to how the coin appears in hand looking at it straight on

Has a black and white effect...moreso on the obverse than reverse

If photos are too dark or too light, it is very difficult to grade a coin by photo. This is a pure guess MS 64 semi prooflike. From your photo and description the coins should have some mirror fields. The coin does not appear to be PL and surly not DMPL because there is almost no cameo.

I need to work on imaging pl and employees coins....this one is a 63PL the obverse is DMPL can read newspaper at 12 inches, reverse is what holds this coin back from being DMPL ....should probably shoot this coin under diffused lighting, just don't have that setup at this time.
