westernsky Pillar of the Community United States 7614 Posts	Posted 08/02/2015 09:52 am Replicas are allowed as long as they are clearly marked "COPY" as per the Hobby Protection Act. (They also need to be listed in the proper ebay catagory.) This particular listing has the word "COPY" well-hidden in the wreath on the reverse of the medal. It is a Gallery Mint piece that was manufactured some 15 to 20 years ago. There are many other similiar types that the Gallery Mint issued over the years and they are collectibles on their on merits right now. (I have a few myself stashed away!) I think the Gallery Mint is inactive now. It was somewhere in Arkansas if I remember correctly. Report this Post to the Staff
