I have this coin and it has doubling/tripling on it . I am wondering if it has any value asan error coin. Thanks for any help.

Looks like it is a 20 rial coin from Imperial Iran, Shah Pahlevi, dated 1352\1973. There appears like a Cud on lower right end of the Shah's bust.
I have very little idea about Iranian coins, hope someone else with much knowledge will reply with a better certainty.

Paying premiums for error coins seems to be mostly something done in the US and Canada (possibly Australia). In other parts of the world they are just classed as "problem coins" :)
