No idea if it's "listed" or not - a Cud does not qualify a VAM on its' own, but would only be a marker for a die state of the variety.

Interesting however, it appears as though it's a far date and the mint mark is set high and possibly tilted right. Also stars 1 through 6 appear doubled. I'd start with those and check vamworld here:
