I would really appreciate your opinions on the grade of these two quarters. I'm trying to decide whether to summit for grading. Thanks 1939 1947

The 47 "might go" 63.......
The 39 has a "little busyness" in the obv fields and that might drop it to choice AU.. just a few too many possible lines in front to his face..with these slightly out of focus pics..

The 47 appears to have a dot, if so, definitely. Could you get a close up of the date?

Thanks for the opinions so far.

I'm not an expert but I would say 1939-MS63-64 1947-MS62-63

From those pics taken in the holders I'd give them both MS64. In hand..?

I'll say 64 and 62 - that jaw and neck on the '47 looks pretty scuffed.

As usual photos taken through plastic 2x2's very hard to give an accurate grade but, MS-64/63 seems about right what one can tell with given pictures.

Pictures are rather soft. These coins may be a whole lot nicer in hand than represented here. Chance at 65's.

Thanks everyone. I think they'll stay in their 2x2's but if I change my mind and do get them graded, I'll let you know how they make out.
