AU-58, maybe details not sure about the tarnishing... Maybe details?
By the way, you can delete the cert # with Paint and edit your post to include the right photo

What exactly is the damage? Do they think it's an AT coin, or am I missing something else such as cleaning or marks?

First time viewing I was going to say AU maybe details, before seeing you posted the results. I see a tiny bit of scuffing around the braid, maybe detailed due to AT to try and hide that fact? None the less it's a real lustrous beautiful coin, I'd be happy to have one like that in my collection.
