Found this in a box of old stuff in my mom's closet. I'm more if a US currency collector. Couldn't find much info on these but I'm assuming it's not that rare. Any info would be awesome. Thanks!

Not that rare but still a nice note to have in your collection. The portrait is of Dr Sun Yat Sen the first president and founding father of the Republic of China. There were several issues of this note with different signatures of bank officials. See this link:-

A very common Chinese note at that era. In 1928 I think this note still have a significant buying value.
