Grellman calls this die state "Extremely Rare". I am happy to have it in my collection and wonder how you would grade?

Let me assure you that it is all right to venture a grade on this one. It will not hurt my feelings! I already know that it is low!

I'll go first and say Fine details. Net VG. I like it!

I would be at F-15 with an "almost" of VF-20, but not quite.

Cameo appearance, in this case, does detract a bit, and the areas of green corrosion would put it in the details category.. But for an N-24c, this is a very special coin.

Fine details with a low net grade. Doesn't matter though, very nice coin to add to your collection.

also in at f-15 detail with ED. Still a desirable coin with that Cud on obverse.

Thank you all for responding. I think my own tendency is to grade my own coins leniently and someone else's coins more harshly (especially if I might buy). I am probably the only one who does that!

I will probably ask for grades on some additional coins, too. I had graded this coin as VF25, Net 15.

My EAC grade is F12 net G4 due to heavy corrosion. This one might be of interest to Cud collectors. It is quite rare, nice find!
