Kevin Flynn's book on Lincoln Proofs is also a great book.
John Wexler has out out a few different books on Double Dies and Wiles on the RPMs of the Lincoln Cent series.
David Lange's book is older yet still quite relevant.
The Cud book by Sam Thurman has a lot of various Lincoln Cud coins listed.
