Still trying to learn. Is this double lettering or a mechanical error or neither? Also, is that a diebreak coming across the flag to the back of her head? Would this error coin be collectible? Wanting to sell. Thanks!

There are a lot of listings for these. But note what the " Cherry Pickers Guide" Says about them:
1943-D-Walking-Liberty-Double-Lettering-/-Flag-&-Diebreak?
So they are a lot of them and they are not going to be in the next guide. (6th edition)
