I was trying to look into if this was some sort of
an error coin but I can't find anything. Is this even an error coin?

The is Die Deterioration. When the die ages, the die get worn on that area making an raised area. (missing from the die on the outside of the dies edge) Note the "IN". The devices are reaching the rim in that area. Very common on LDS-VLDS coins.

Sadies, they're called "ridge rings" or "pressure ridges." Here's one post of many on CCF from 2008 on them: https://goccf.com/t/34837

Thank you Profiler. So it's called Ridge Rings
caused by Die Deterioration? I've seen a few
of these so I thought it must be common, but
had to ask. Thank you for the link. I appreciate
the knowledge.

The top of the building on the right side looks like it's floating in mid air.

It kind of does Yogisd1 after looking at it.
What I was puzzled about last night was the
wording of "State" on the back of the penny
looked really large to me. .

look at this one SA. It's from an Abraided Die. the die was over polished- probably to remove clash marks.

Thank you CoinMaster. Okay so I was
comparing the two and the words on the
the back look smaller in yours compared
to the one I posted? Or is that
just me being tired lol? Is it they over polished
yours and that's why it looks smaller in size?
