Was able to get this for $6 shipped on ebay. Not too bad a price! Any thoughts on grade? Appears VF25 to me. At least got something to put in my album! :D

I would say VF-25 too. The wheat stalks still have good design and some hair design as well. $6 was a good price for that coin. I would take it in a heartbeat!
Rest in Peace

VF-25 Details. sorry but your coin has a lot of issues. For a few bucks more, I'm sure you could have gotten a much nicer VDB.

Eh true it does have quite a few nicks on it. Didn't quite notice that since I was half asleep before lol. Oh well plus my birthday money is all spent so at least an ok details hole filler for now. For educational purposes, is it the scratches and nicks on it that are making it details?

VF-25 details, but for $6 that's a great hole-filler.

Agree, VF25 details; you should have spent a few more bucks for a clean one.

Not bad, but I once paid $11 for a beautiful almost mint state one.

THanks for the comments everyone. Seems I did not pay too much attention to it at the time. I think another reason was that at midnight it was at $2 with 2 hours left to go so I put in $5. Ended at $4 with a couple bucks shipping. Luckily for $6 I am not terribly picky and it most definitely will be updated in the future eventually :)
